My psyche cafe link is missing from the top of my screen where it used to be. Now i have to get into the psyche cafe in some roundabout way that's a pain in the neck. has this happened to anyone else?

A Native American elder once described his own inner struggles in this manner:

"Inside of me there are two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time."

When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied, "The one I feed the most."

No, but I just bookmarked the page when I started coming here. That's weird! Hrm...

me too, Liese. If it's universal, then personally I kind of like it, I figure it makes this place a bit more private.

Tx, at least I know it's not my computer.

yeah, i noticed this actually a week ago or so that if i tried to get here through www.myshrink.com that the link to the forum was missing. So from there i went to the home page tab, then scrolled down for a link on the left hand side of the page. it's not as easy to find, which i don't think is a good thing if someone is looking for support. but most of the time i don't have a problem because i have the forum page bookmarked on my pc. its only when i am using a guest computer that it's a pain.

actually it makes me nervous why the link is missing. is shrinklady trying to discourage growth in forum use? could this be a first step to shrinklady discontinuing the forum?

Hi All,
I am TOTALLY speculating here, I have no inside info but my best guess would be that Shrinklady is probably trying to distinguish between traffic coming to Myshrink and traffic coming to the forum. If people are coming to the myshink main page only to click over to the forum, it will skew the traffic numbers on myshrink. I hadn't noticed it because the psychcafe is actually one of my home pages in my browser. And MH, I really don't think you need to worry about Shrinklady closing the forum, as it's probably a big reason a lot of traffic comes her way to myshrink. It may be that her costs are going up because of all the traffic, but I would expect that she would probably at least offer the option to us of having paid subscription before she would shut it down.

Again, I want to emphasize, this is just me guessing.

Frosty,
The main page of myshrink.com used to have a tab at the top of the page for the Forum, it's not longer there. Getting here by googling is fine. Big Grin

I noticed it was missing too. I was thinking the same as MH so thanks for the reassurance, AG. ~D.
