Hi all - just wanted to let you know that I'm going to sign out of the message boards for a while and will be less present here. I have a lot going on in the next few weeks and I think I need to get out of my 'trauma head' to get through it. I'll miss y'all though and if it all turns to porridge I'll be back soon. Otherwise, in a few weeks' time.

eek! Ok, Jones, we will try, survive without you! It will be hard though. You might find me in a sleeping bag outside your cabin door in a few weeks time... You have to do what is good for you, and it is good you are doing that...we will really miss you!

Thanks for the warning that you'll not be around, so we won't worry. I am glad that you are able to look after yourself well enough to realise there are times when we need to leave our traumas behind, to attend to other things...I admire you for being able to do that Jones, it's something I really struggle with....mine tend to all pile in at the times I don't need them to! I hope you manage to do what you need to and look forward to having you back here soon.

Good luck with this, Jones! I'm glad you are taking care of yourself. Like everyone else said, you will be missed here. Thanks, sweethearts, for your good wishes. I am just ducking my head in quickly to say hello - my projects are happening a mile a minute and I'm alternating between feeling freaked-out-&-frizzy-haired and happily-busily-productive. It's nice to know you lot are still here, and I just wanted to say I am still here too!
