((((((LG)))))) I'm sorry therapy has been so heavy for you lately. Frowner It's OK to take space when you need it. I hope the time off gives you some clarity. I know how hard the transference stuff is. And, if you change your mind and want to go back or look into a different T, I'm sure you know that's OK too! In the meantime, everyone is here for you to work through what you're feeling. I really have appreciated your encouragement with the transference and communication stuff and hope I can support you in the same way.

Good luck with your breathing space... I believe everything happens for a reason, and while it might not be clear why this is all happening now, it is for a reason.

(((LG))) I'm sorry things have been so complicated with therapy lately. I hope that the space is what you need and I'm sure you will be welcomed back by your T's when you are ready.

For what it is worth, I have quit several times just to feel the relief of me being in control. After a few days or a week, when I start to feel differently, I let myself call them for an appointment and go back. They do not seem to be fazed by it.
