Hi All,

Just a quick note on Forum categories. These categories are NOT meant as a strait jacket, nor does any discussion on any given forum have to be limited to the forum description. They aren’t meant to limit the input, just to make the discussions on those subjects easier to find. I don’t want anyone thinking there is some kind of hard and fast rule and if they put a discussion in the wrong place they’ve done something wrong. The forum descriptions are just meant to help people access the information and discussions they’re looking for.

If anyone else has a suggestion for a forum that they would like to see added, could you start a thread, so we can get input from all the members on the board? Anyone interested should reply so we can get an idea if there is enough interest to warrant creating a separate category forum. Thanks so much.

AG

Thanks AG! Smiler

Just bumping this, really, because it is drifting down.

Thank Morgs and STRM, I really appreciate it. I'm honored to be part of this community. And I am given so much more than I would ever be able to give.

Late to the thanks, but I would like to "third" the appreciation here. Despite being busy with work and life in general, you give so much!

Would it be possible to get a forum for book discussions? I know we've had threads discussing particular books, but they tend to get lost and shoved down into the Coffee Talk or Science area.

If we had a forum then we could have threads for each book title that we would like to discuss. I know several of us are reading BB's suggestion "Healing Through the Dark Emotions" and had mentioned discussing it.

Just a thought! Smiler

STRMS- I would be happy to start a thread for us in the sensitive issues forum, just for the Miriam Greenspan book discussion...or do you think it should be "out here" where everybody can see it. Kinda confusing since the book is about dealing with despair, grief and fear. I was kind of hemming and hawing. I like the book forum idea.

I'm looking forward to talking about that book with you guys..

BB,

I think for now it could be in the Sensitive Issues forum. I'm pretty sure most of us that have talked about getting it are over there anyway. Plus, I guess it could be triggering ???
That would work until and if there is a book forum.

OK! Let's do it. It might be triggering, and it might be better in there.
I'll go put it up now.
For anybody wondering what we are talking about- the book is "Healing through the Dark Emotions by Miriam Greenspan.
