Hiya.

I heard about this site through Butterfly Warrior and thought I would check it out.

As a brief introduction - I'm a 22 year old female! I have just graduated in May with my Bachelors of Social Work and am currently working on my Masters. I am working in a Children's Crisis Unit at this time as well.

I've been in therapy almost 2 years with a therapist whom I adore. However she is retiring soon so I am searching for a new one, which is one of the hardest things for me since the attachment is so incredibly deep. I'm sure plenty will be hearing of the relationship as I settle in. My therapist is a huge part of my life at this time.

I have Dissociative Identity Disorder/Multiple Personality Disorder. My alters are very active (as BW knows!) and are also struggling with this transition. I also have PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and BPD characteristics. On top of that I am physically disabled with Cerebral Palsy.

There are, as you can imagine, a lot of issues going on internally with all the change happening and the stressors surrounding my/our situation. I hope to be able to touch upon those as I feel more comfortable.
