That was a good find, UV! I had the paper sitting on my chair and I never saw it. A Native American elder once described his own inner struggles in this manner: "Inside of me there are two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time." When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied, "The one I feed the most."

UV - thanks so much for the link. This lady was already so wonderfully special to those with BPD and other conditions that utilise DBT but to know 'she's been there', healed and achieved so many amazing things adds hope and so much more respect for her! Thanks again, Morgs "The body is a memory bank which preserves all of its experiences, forgetting nothing, even when the conscious mind is unable to recall these events." Arthur Janov

Thanks for sharing, UV. Very good article. “We're never so vulnerable than when we trust someone – but paradoxically, if we cannot trust, neither can we find love or joy.” – Walter Anderson My blog:Waking Up
