Wow! did you read the article on the home page from June 5th about Craniosacral therapy?

I had signed up to try it right before my dad got really sick in January...I had to cancel but now I want to rebook. I am impressed on the writer's knowledge and want to see if this type of bodywork might help me. There is an office not far from where I live where they offer this. hmmm.

Has anybody else had this type of treatment?

OK, thanks for that info Summer.

I still may give it a go....and see. Reading the article was encouraging especially related to the reln' aspect. I think I would also benefit from massage so may end up doing both.

Thanks.

Karie,

I had some cranial sacral work done for my TMJ dysfxn. It wasn't exactly what's described in that article, in that it wasn't about anything emotional, just physical. It was very helpful for my jaw pain, though. He did do massage on my jaw, head, and neck, and he did some pressure point work. He called it cranial sacral therapy. So, maybe it depends on who you see.

Ive had cranial sacral work done for pain and I never had a emotional reaction to it...

ive had a number of massage therapies done and it helped a lot... loooove it but for me, the emotional part is having the right massage therapist. ... i find that's the big deal and can make a difference. I had a therapist that was good but i felt tense ... however i had someone really wonderfuil work with me a long time and even male shockingly. but i felt trust and it was great.

what doesn't kill you makes you stronger but if it does kill you, than it doesn't matter anyways- unknown
