I am really happy for you AG! That is a wonderful place where I am sure that we all will dwell someday. It inspires me too to keep pressing on. You must feel so liberated! You deserve it and you’ve worked hard for this.

AG I just want to add my happiness at hearing your story of today's session. It's these kinds of posts that give us all hope to be in that happy and full of life place one day. I also love the part about going back for your shoes... and the way your very wise T interpreted that. The man is a gem... a real keeper and I understand that feeling of gratitude you have for him. That is so awesome AG! Thank you for taking the time to describe everything so well. A lot of what you have said has really resonated with me and it is so good to hear about the light at the end of the tunnel. I hadn't thought of all those messages of my worthlessness as a child as being lies. I feel a little light bulb glowing on top of my head. I think I will have something very interesting to think about for the next few days. Thank you for letting us rejoice with you and thank you for sharing the good and the bad with us again and again.
