hello,
If you not knows it, i have some OCD issues. Mostly i count, and pattern. This last therapy went very crazy for me. I got very upset and I bit me therapist lady (it hurted and i told her 'good! i wanted it to hurt you!' then i bit myself). Then i started counting (by 3's cuz that's what i does, all the way to 300). Then i apologized for biting her. But now the OCD is getting the best of me, and it hard for me to stop counting. I not seeing her until friday. i feel very much yuck samy |

I don't know much about OCD issues but I wanted to let you know that I am sorry you are feeling bad. Even though you are feeling bad you took the time to help make me feel welcome on my post, and I'm very grateful. Thank you and I hope you feel better soon. OW |

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. And I know how hard you've been working on your temper so it must have been hard to get so upset and bite your therapist (although, wow, do I know how you feel. My therapist has a statue of dolphins that sits on a table that sits between us and I've often thought of throwing it at his head when he's really driving me nuts. Usually when he's staying too calm for my taste, go figure!) But try not to be too hard on yourself, we never change all at once. And I know your therapist understands. My next's appt's not until Friday too, so I can see where you're feeling yuck. Its going to be ok. Thanks for talking about it here.
