I thought this was a great blog post and wanted to share. It discusses in a really simple way the difference between talking about trauma and processing trauma.

AWESOME article! I have a lot of respect for the author, I've read a lot of her stuff (and I'm on the cartoonist's RSS feed Smiler. What she said rang very true with my healing experience, thanks so much for sharing that.
