I am 45 and currently studying for my masters in psychology. Just wondering where my place in this world truly is going to be. I love to learn stress reliever techniques because I think learning how to manage stress strengthens us and makes us happier. Anyway, it is nice to find a community that I can find information and support along my journey of discovery.
