Apartment therapy!! That site was great...!!! I redecorate my home for every season/event/holiday....for example, I just put together (created) a Valentine's Day theme throughout my home....very therapeutic indeed....apartment therapy at its best!!

Glad you liked the site, Sarah. Yeah, my depression was basically lifted from the doldrums years ago by decorating my new condo...16 foot ceilings within a small space. It was just the challenge I needed. I must admit I was a bit obsessive about tho. It really helped me, probably in the same way as when Dude plays with his trains.

But what a dofference after I started working somatically. It was a hecka lot easier to make decisions...I now had a gut feel for something. Before, it was all in my head instead of my body. Now I feel it. Such a difference for me.

...and along the same lines, I just watched a play at the local theatre, It's a Wonderful Life. Wow. If you're not in your body...you can't act. I really get that. I'd love to direct a play. That'd be fun.
