I think in some countries like Switzerland... my understanding is that the use of cell or hand phones is so part of life that everyone has them including children and its normal. I can definitely relate. In some sense, the whole process of therapy is dealing with your stuff enough to be ABLE to slow down. I often find that classical or new age instrumental music can really help me slow down. At a minimum, it doesn't speed me up.Read More...
