So did you pull this one right out of my brain??!!!

Oh yeah, I have to be strong! I couldn't let anyone see that I was weak, then I would become vulnerable and I would just crumble and die! Yep, my T and I are really working on this one. It is one of the scariest things for me though. I have always felt the need to be strong. Hence, the big, thick shield that surrounds me.
