Thanks Liese, I got swamped with work and college, followed by vacation and had to step back. I have been reading though, so am in the weird position of feeling like I know and empathise with people who I have probably not interacted with.

And, yes, I am with you on not sitting on important feelings, especially if they weren't allowed by unspoken family law. Unlearning stuff that is so habitual is so hard!!
