Thanks Muff. I'm currently in religious counseling through a church. This is tricky because my parents were fanatics who used their religion to cover their abuse, and I have a poor view of religion. But it is really low-cost, which is all I can afford, so I do appreciate the church providing it.

I think rage is an incredibly scary emotion to feel. Especially for women who are taught to repress rage...perhaps you can relate to this.
