I did post something but I deleted it

but it said exactly what your T said to you. When I've asked my T why she never tells me she cares she said the same as your T did. She said I needed to feel she cares for me by her actions and how she is with me in sessions. She also said would you believe me if I did say I cared and I know at the time I wouldn't . However now I know she cares about me without saying it, it took me a long time but I got there in the end
