Thank you so much for your note and for sharing a bit of your story with me. LOL I hate to waste food (eggs) so I think that I'll stick with visualizing things/people as I hit the heavy bag everyday vs throwing eggs at the poor trees

Your story has given me something to think about because I can liken my anger to similar reasons you were angry with your family. Hopefully it doesn't take me 3 years - I'm sure my P will be retiring before then
