Hi Kmay,

I would be upset too if T said she would contact me and then didn't - twice! Your doing better than I would be because instead of reaching out for support I would probably do something bad.....

I think you definately need to tell her how it makes you feel when she doesn't follow through with what she tells you she is going to do. Can you email her or call her now to talk to her?
