Has anyone heard of brainspotting? It is supposed to be a way to do EMDR that is less activating and more body focused and stuff. My T suggested it as a possibility to look into. I started EMDR once and then life happened... Trauma happened, and after, I was too much of a mess to go back to it. Now I'm trying and thinking of doing the EMDR again, but I'm getting stuck.
