Dear Mac,
I have only a couple of minutes but I want to say I hear you, and I think it's fine to feel really angry and insulted about this. You feel what you feel.
Ok, so this is not such a helpful post, but really I'm just saying you're not alone here. I think your anger is healthy and I'm glad you are calling your T.

Hi Mac,
Did you get to talk to your T? Do you know why you feel so insulted? We're here for you if you want to elaborate a little more.

Hi, Mac...I'm sorry that you got triggered badly by your T's response. I hesitate to say too much, because I really believe that your situation is a delicate and confusing one, best handled by your T...but I wanted very much to offer my support, both in what you are feeling and expereincing, and also in exploring and uncovering more of the truth through your therapy. You are clearly a strong young woman who will be able to figure out and then gradually accept whatever the truth of your situation is, with your T's help. I'm so sorry that it's such a painful road.
