Mine are 50 minutes with each T. I can sort of understand that 1.5 hours might be better than stopping just as things get going, but I am usually so ready to leave after about 5 minutes that I cannot imagine adding time on.

With both oldT and newT they go an hour. OldT would sometimes give me 70 minutes if no one was waiting and I could ask for double sessions when I needed them for something huge. I don't think I would ever be able to get a double session with newT as he is always so booked up. I'm just relieved he finally gave me a regular weekly appointment and a second weekly appointment when he has an opening.

I always feel like there is never enough time.

My sessions are anywhere from 60-90 minutes and lately have been 105 minutes at times. Typically they are about 90 minutes though.

I'm pretty good at stalling for about 50-60 minutes. After that, things get more vulnerable. The few times I've had double sessions we end up finally talking about some scary stuff, which in a way I am happy to avoid for now.

Mine are always 2 hours. Very occasionally less at 1 hour and occasionally more at 3 hours or more when we have planned to face some really difficult work. I know that sounds ages, and yes it is really tiring afterwards (for her too I guess), but the time always shoots by and they are always the most productive sessions. I feel like I have climbed mini-mountains afterwards, even if it has been really difficult work.

Mine are between 50 to 60 minutes long. They used to run over a bit so were like 70 minutes long but I think T now has another cliet directly after me so now always makes sure we finish on time. When he first started making sure the sessions finished on time I was a bit upset by it but I'm now used to it.
