Can you let yourself cry? It really might make you feel better.
Yaku,
I'm sorry you are going through this. I understand how silly you can feel after texting T a bunch of panicky texts. I have been in that boat many times! The good news is that we are certainly not the only client who has sent such texts to them. this is their profession and its what they are there for. We pay them a lot of money to be there for us and to put up with our panicky texts, phone calls, and emails.

Panic txts- oh yes, I can indeed relate to this. This was my m o for quite some time. I can relate to feeling angry and frustrated when he did not txt back. Oh yes- this was me.
How lucky of you to have someone in your life who gives you such comfort with his words. I think that is something to treasure, revel in, enjoy--if you can. I know that when I start to feel positive feelings towards my T that I can have a hard time. It's funny how we can create rules that only apply to ourselves. I read this and think, well, of course it was okay for yakusoku to react the way she did. I understand that she had reasons to be upset, and I understand how it may feel embarrassing to reach out to a T like that, but I also think it's great that you have someone who you can reach out to and who responds! I wish you all the best.
