I've always been too heavily dependent on their words and images but people can and will say anything they think you want to hear and words aren't nearly as reliable as actions, IMVHO. It's really how we feel when we're with them, how they "make" us feel. If you feel loved, you are loved. So nice to see you feeling so secure with him. You're in the zone.

Sometimes, the fact that someone (my T) believes in me is the only reason I try. There is for sure nothing like knowing someone believes in you!
