i remember sitting on my mother's lap at a very young age, watching "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer". i remember her saying "you're my little Rudolph" and i remember feeling really special mostly because rudolph was so cute and was the center of the story. all these years later i wonder what was really behind those words.. did she really mean i was her little misfit? i'll have to read the book, thanks for passing it along, VH

Hey, I'm the black sheep of the family and proud of it. You should see the mess I come from, that at one point, I thought my family was "normal". Misfit, Black Sheep....not so bad. We are heading in the right direction.

i used to have that same problem, thinking my family was "normal"! turns out, not by a long-shot! so, yeah, i'll gladly be the misfit in this bunch!
