How did you feel the last time you were rejected?

Crying is sadness AND anger/rage.

What did you see in your bubbies reactions when they were told, NO!?

Sending an angry text to a therapist and not getting rejected for it is an example of anger being accepted. This leads to trust in the therapist, and less fear of showing more anger.

The aim is to tell our story with emotion, including anger.

Babies and toddlers crying can be sadness, fear, rage/anger and frustration.
But if we comfort and accept their feelings, they soon melt into our arms and relax.

I'm angry because therapy is ruling my life and has been for 4 years. I don't remember life before my T. What did I used to do with myself? I'm so disillusioned because life is SO HARD at the moment but it ALWAYS has been for the little one inside. She's still as miserable and scared as she was 4 years ago.
