Just curious if anyone has used these type of techniques in their therapy.

I recently started doing some energy medicine-specfic stretches along with deep breathing and tapping. I do feel a difference when doing the exercises and right after, but with some stress going on in my life sometimes the good energy feelings seem to be drained quickly. I think I just have to stick to it (the energy exercises) and do it more often.

What are your experiences with it?
