Welcome Anna!

This is what I have as well. I have been in therapy for a very long time but keep in mind that I am older and this diagnosis is fairly new compared to others out there. So it's now being extensively studied and the psychological Association and community is much more aware of how to help and treat people with this painful disorder.

That was the shortened long answer. The short answer is it depends a lot on your circumstances, the care you receive, the skill of your T, your motivation, the depth of abuse, personality strengths and weaknesses, outside support etc etc etc.
I have been with a good Therapist , we have been through alot ups and downs, I have seen him tired, frustarated and happy and he has been there for me , but offcourse he is human and I have finally learned that he is there for me , and after that stage finally came I feel I can move on, but sometimes I am just tired.

He has told me its going to take time, but sometimes I feel little bit hopeless, and it makes everythink so much harder, longer that I have no support around me, and he has shown compassion about that,
I am just feel like I am so alone, and its hard sometimes.
