It seems as though I live my life constantly in activation... I cannot seem to read any one book through (I know ShrinkLady talks about this on this site), I am always anxious and worrying, at work I am on constant zoom and cannot seem to take time to focus and slow down, despite having put a few things in place that are supposed to be reminders for me to do so (I ignore them or set them aside).. I have learned through ShrinkLady and this site that I need to find a resource - something I can do or think of that will help me to slow down, focus, de-activate, etc... But I can't seem to do it. My mind is on such high and constant zoom that I don't know how to slow it down or quiet it. I have all these great ideas about what I can do to slow down - I just cannot bring myself to doing them. Have others experienced this? If so, how do you deal with it?
