As Draggers says... triggered and hyper-aroused. When my left brain goes off line and I'm left with all right brain feelings and I cannot regulate. Something kicks off a reaction where my sympathetic nervous system goes into high gear and it takes some time for it to calm down enough for me to think and function normally. I hate when this happens.

TN
It's a anxious or triggered normally... If referring to it at the end of session? I'd mean raw (maybe not outright triggered)'or sensitive. My sessions usually end after a couple minutes of closing/titration where my mind and body calm... If I miss that then i would be "activate"... Prime target for triggers and emotional messiness!
Both? My T is always confused when I use SI or SH (for self-harm), while they seem quite obvious in therapy... but probably not THAT obvious (and I HATE having to specify what I mean about that and feel ashamed for having used an abbreviation she does not know). So... we are probably talking a secret language that no T can get Razzer (or they are probably familiar with 80% of it, but may be unlucky on one term or another^^)
