forum technical question: private messaging

Does anyone else have a hard time getting to the private messaging screen? Sometimes I try to go back to it and it just freezes up. I think this might be an issue with my browser or something (I'm using an older ocmputer for now while my newer one is getting repaired due to dropping it!

thank goodness I got the accidental damage plan. I had a feeling I'd need to use it with my klutziness.)

Does anyone get "New Private Message" sign on the forum screen and then click on it to find that there are no new private messages? I find this happens on any computer I use.

Just working through the glitches. Any ideas or direction would be great.

Yep, I get that popup for my messages as well and I have to click on it and read what I wrote and then it will go away. It is super annoying!
