My T works out of two different offices that have a bunch of Ts who all work from a Christian counseling perspective, but in both offices, he works independently. At least one of the websites (one that has a nice photo of him on it, sigh, so now I've gotta look at him to verify I was right) specifically says that the counseling center is composed of independent, non-affiliated professionals and that my T is an independent mental health clinician. I know at least one of the offices does have some Ts and interns who work as a part of the center itself, but my T does not. He just uses "his" office Monday/Tuesday and splits rent with those who use it Wednesday through Saturday. He has invested in a lot of the furnishings and decor in both of his offices, but he doesn't have to pay rent for the whole week as he only uses each a couple of days. A good way to minimize costs in an expensive profession, but also reminds me how many other people, even Ts, are in and out of his offices and see my sock animals that he keeps there. AHHH! My friends from church have been seeing another T in his office on Saturdays and sometimes they will rearrange them for T's/my benefit if their T leaves the room for long enough to stealth do it. Once, it looked like my monkey was doing his business in one of T's coffee cups while upchucking in another.
Anyway, I'm being a little goofy, but just to kind of show how common it is and probably not a big deal (not meaning your T is leaving immediately or anything like that just because she might not be working in an affiliated capacity). I don't mean that I wouldn't be scared if I saw something like that (thank God, T doesn't spend enough time on the computer to do Facebook), just that if she told you she's staying, her post on Facebook is not incompatible with that.
