Here is a link to a youtube video with Judith Herman (who I love) She is a cutting edge psychiatrist from harvard University who has made great strides in understanding how trauma affects people and how to help them heal. She has written an amazing book called Trauma and Recovery. Here she talks briefly of Countertransference which is what a therapist experiences in a therapeutic relationship. So clients have transference and therapists have counter transference. I found it interesting and insightful. Perhaps you will too. This is part one and don't worry it is in English. You have to get through the Intro. It is two (very short) parts so when the first part is over it skips to the second part.
