Big peepel, I fele very sad and cryd a lot at work today. I fele by myself and big kid feles sad to. We weely miss T but she goeds away for a long time. Whie shood I let big peepel tuch my hart when al they do is Hirt it???? I am mad and sad. I don't like big peepel.

Don't forget that Kid is your friend. She really cares about you. Let her hold you a little bit tonight. And you can tell Kid if there is something special that you want. I bet Kid will try to give it to you.

li'l one, there are good grown-ups out here. Not everybody is going to leave you. T is going to come back. I bet she told you that before she left. When she comes back, you can tell her how brave you have been. It's hard, and sometimes you cry, but that's okay. From what I can see, you're being really good. And you know what? Even if you get mad, that's not being bad. Mad is a feeling, and it's okay to be mad. Getting mad is a little reminder that you have to stick up for yourself. You can tell T that you got mad. Telling her about being mad is sticking up for yourself because you are taking care of your feelings. Feelings are very important.
