I just went to the best spin class ever and actually came back home full of energy instead of feeling drained so I just wanted to wish everyone a GOOD MORNING.
So, here goes. GOOD MORNING MY SHRINK MEMBERS. How is everyone today? It's a lovely day here in New York finally after a week of rain. A little chilly but hopefully it will warm up.
Therapy is going well. Nothing to report there. It's just life that gets in the way. I've been doing some emotional eating all week because of stress. I don't know how to stop.
Does anyone think that emotional eating is similar to SI? Or I am drawing too much of a parallel?
