I'm currently reading Healing Trauma by Peter Levine, PH.D. It comes with a CD that takes you through 12 somatic exercises. I don't see a somatic T, so I had to find something that could help. I find the exercises clear and easy to follow. I like that I can do them anywhere. This book doesn't give a lot of information. His book Waking the Tiger is probably better for information on his research and techniques. This book is a how-to guide on how to develop body awareness due to trauma. I like it so far.
