Thank you but please don't apologise - that was just my issue and there are so many threads going that I would love to respond to myself but don't have the time and sometimes I lose them!! I will try to become a communicator in this wonderful community from whom I've learned so much already.

I am really sorry to hear that you "ran away". I know how scary it is to take a risk and post here, everytime I do I can feel my heart beat real fast in case I have said something unhelpful or hurtful to anyone but everyone here seems really accepting and supportive like you told me when you responded in my thread.

There's the word "old" again, I wish you would stop being so hard on yourself, what you offer up is great regardless of your age!

I am really glad you came back and I look forward to getting to know you.

Hi Morgs I am fairly new here too but sort of jumped in the deep end a bit, cos of lots of issues in therapy at the moment. So welcome and it is good that you found here, it has been SUCH a help to me that last few weeks. I am STUMBLING to say the least,
I think we are ALL allowed to stumble along here, and hope the Australian spring is lovely for you, whilst I begin to feel the cold here in the UK
