Hi All,
For anyone who's interested, I just started my first blog where I'm writing about my experiences in therapy. Honestly, right now, I'm raiding a lot of my writing on the forum for material to get it going. I'm pretty excited as I've never done anything like this before (as well as terrified that I'll land splat on my face and make an idiot of myself. Big Grin) The link is in my signature, if anyone would like to take a look. Thanks.

Hey AG. Thanks for this. I'll look forward to reading it.

Having a blog can be so useful. I write in my blog very often, about therapy experiences and how I feel as well as other general things.

I find it interesting to look back on my previous entries and see the patterns of moods etc.

I hope you enjoy posting in yours. Smiler Writing about it is a therapy in itself..
Hi Forgetmenot,

Thanks for the encouragement. I have always found writing to be a very effective tool, both in posting here on the forum and when I was going regularly to therapy, I kept handwritten journals. When I was confused, I often found that writing about it could help me to understand what was going on. Now that I'm not seeing my therapist regularly (his door is open and I call when I need an appointment which lately has been running at about 4-6 week intervals) I think this blog will give me a chance to both reflect on the healing and continue to integrate what I have learned into my life. I don't think I would ever have attempted this even just a few years ago. Smiler

DF,
Thanks again for all the encouragement and believing I could do this. And it's really good to have such a safe place to share it.

LL,
Whoa, you are quick girl! I'm flattered. Thank you so much for saying you'll follow it. I am hoping that what I write will prove helpful to people.

I also want to thank everyone who didn't reply but went on to read the blog. Big Grin The hit count took a rather gratifying upward swing just after I posted this. Thank you all so much for taking the time to look at it. It's a real encouragement and means a lot to me.

BTW, if anyone has a particular topic or question they'd like me to write about (AG shamelessly trolls for blog ideas Eeker) feel free to post it here or make a comment on the blog. Thanks again everyone!

Kashley,
So glad you like the name, I have to give credit to Strummergirl for the original nickname of Boundary Ninja and to DF for adding the "Tales" part. I am very grateful to both of them, as I must confess, I found the name very fitting. Big Grin

Hi River!!

It's is wonderful to hear from you, I am delighted that you will be reading! Thank you.

HIC,
So glad you found the list useful! As I said, I really really should be getting a commission for General Theory of Love. I hope you enjoy it, it played a significant part in my healing.

Broken,
OK there's something I never expected to hear, someone adding me to Goggle reader. That is just amazing, thank you!

Beebs,
Love to know you're going to be around!! Big Grin

Somedays,
Thanks so much! I hope that your T knows this stuff also. I have tried and tried to get the Boundary Ninja to write a book for other therapist, but alas, no luck so far. Smiler
