Very informative. I was talking to a friend about therapy and he had counselling that was more CBT based. I agree that it depends what you've gone through in life to what therapy is right for you. CBT was good for him because he didn't have a bad childhood but was plagued mainly by insecurities with regard to his case of severe exzema that caused him a lot of skin wounds which put his confidence down. Whereas myself or a lot of people on this forum...we need to go back to readjust. It's really the only way I think..
