just want to cry/to be held

I am going through a particulary difficult time right now. Saw my T yesterday. He did most of the talking as I just couldn't say much.

What I really need is for my T to hold me and comfort me and just let me cry for a while.
I have had no physical contact with him but once when he asked me for a hug when he was leaving on a 5 week trip. I could never ask for this from him. I'm sure he would find it in appropriate, unethical. But I really think it would help me so much. This is so hard

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I agree with dragonfly, you might be surprised if you did ask him. I understand that is such a vulnerable place to be in, but you never know what he might say.
