I don't know if I found this on my own some time back or if somebody may have posted on this forum at onwhen I question myself and feeling too much and it helps me to feel that therapy is ok. I hope those of us who struggle with therapy can see that you're ok.e time. It has always been helpful for. You can read thru just right or left arrow.
