Hey all,
I've been trying to work on my depression and other issues for years. Lately, I've been browsing online for self-help and am considering looking for a new therapist since I stopped seeing my last T back in September. But my current job robs me of a lot of personal time for myself to work on my misery or to do anything else with myself!! I have to work an average of 10-15 hrs overtime every week. Besides, I'm most motivated to work on my depression when I feel very depressed. When I'm moderately depressed or not depressed at the moment, it's harder for me to stay motivated. Anyone feel me?
