Thinking about that last sip; anyone old enough to remember tea before tea bags became the norm will know that even with a decent tea strainer you always had to leave that last bit in cup if you didn't want a mouthful of foul tasting tea leaves in your mouth. So why is it, even now I use tea bags; I STILL leave some in the bottom of the cup? Those early learned habits and responses hang around don't they!
