He can keep warm in the sock that's always left over at the end......No fairy up yet here, tree looking decidedly lop-sided in its stand, so a bit of civil engineering needed before we decorate. Then I'll have him back to sit at the top of the tree with the fairy for a while

Right, Trevor's with me. Tree up and the house smells of pine needles which reminds Trevor of an old aftershave he used to wear. He's very happy with the fairy. Job done

Water it like mad It usually drinks about a pint a day and we have little needle drop as long as I remember I usually take it down after New Year's Day though. Dog has now moved from her important role of pigeon watching to taking on the job of guarding the Christmas tree

Well; it beats working anyday

Too true, I finish early today as I have an appointment, only another 2 hours to go!!

Well Trev and me are back (oh damn I should say it properly shouldn't I - Trev and I - lol I rather say Trev and me, don't you just get fed up with having to get everything correct all the time?)

Trev didn't enjoy the trip one little bit - especially not the traffic jam going over Clee Hill that made us half an hour late for my appointment

And he wasn't too happy with the lack of treats on the way home either. So he's been moaning non stop and I'm dropping him off here for someone else to take him - I've done my bit for the day
