Tai Chi, I have done that, very good.

I had a neighbour in the upstairs flat who used to do tai chi every day on the lawn in the back garden. It looked very elegant and spritual to me. What does it do for you Scars?

I feel like a clootie dumpling around my middle after the Christmas excesses Is that a kind of suet puddin' then Scars? I love suet puddings plain ones, spotted dick, bacon and onion dumplings!!

It is a traditional Scottish dish, someone at had one and loved it but she had it without the fruit. I was wondering if that was a common thing or just peculiar to that family.
