I am so sorry to not have replied to you all sooner re ANGER IN THERAPY. I have really been battling with this and have found it impossible to write about. I am going to sit down this weekend and try to talk a little more about it to you all. Thanks for the replies, they really did help and i don't feel so alone! I have such an up and down relationship with my therapist - one minute i love her and the next i hate her... i HATE this yo-yo relationship and wish it was more constant and reliable... anyway, just thought i would let you all know that i have not ignored your replies and will speak more this weekend. thanks HC

Wow, my name in big lights! Heh heh.

Hugs to you, HC. I completely know what you mean about the yo-yoing. Over and above the obvious-- feeling the lack of a stable base-- my concern is that staying in this kind of relationship is part of my pathology. But then if it is, by running away I am running away from the problem.

So.... what do I do?!?!? Sound familiar? Smiler

I hope you get some clarity and stability soon. I'll be rooting for you Smiler))
