Well it's two weeks in... What resolutions did you make and have you stuck with them?

I wanted to do more crafts (and I have)
Cook more at home (haven't gotten to it yet lol)
Get started back at school earlier (did this)
Go to more yoga classes (not yet...)
Get on a weeky cleaning schedule (so far so good)
Volunteer at least 1 day a month (not yet Frowner )
Have a regular social night with friends (so far yes!)
Return texts and phone calls more reliably (so far so good)
No weighing myself this year (so far so good)

Usually around this time in January I finally have to throw out the ideas I know I won't start and can't backtrack Wink

Pray for someone I care about as I feel led every single day and let them know I am praying for them. It is a way of showing love to people I don't get to see as much anymore and making sure I stay connected to people everyday. (So far, so good).

Read and reflect on at least one verse a day. (Done, except one day, I can't fully remember whether I consciously did it, but I happened to have come across one that someone else was writing me about, so I counted it, LOL).

Get out with Boo for a little bit on every day that we are both well and the weather is decent (done).

Be healthier...I figure as long as I do the one above, I'm technically being healthier, but I have also been eating a little better.

Other than the last one, I got very specific and concrete, because if they are general or something I have to make a judgment on, I will automatically assume failure, like what I did wasn't good enough.

I should have done the cleaning one, Cat. That is MUCH needed around here. Darn, too late for this year. I guess next year. Wink
My New Years resolution is that by next January 1st I will not need to make a New Years resolution because I'll be consistently working on the things that I need to focus on to get better. Haha.

Um, New Years resolutions don't really work for me, principally because I have a motivation problem and have had since I was 15.

I guess my New Years resolution could be to be more motivated Lol.

I just want to get better. That's all. The rest will follow.
