I'm guessing paranoid.

So, I sent an email to T describing all the problems I am having due to transference, including nightmares. As an example, I shared with him the dream I had about T ignoring me (as if I were a ghost) and then having a dream where my transference feelings moved on to an old pastor (who T knows). I didn't tell him anything about how the pastor hadn't accepted a friend request on Facebook, but I did reveal that I had lived at the pastor's house one Summer to avoid going back to my mother's house after having been kicked out in my senior year of high school. Anyway, less than a day after sending that email, suddenly the pastor accepts my friend request when he had ignored it for over a month and has posts since then. Now, I am feeling paranoid that is more than just a coincidence and they talked behind my back or something. They know each other. When the incident happened, H originally called our old pastor (who is also a counselor) for a referral to someone who didn't know our family and could help with his issue. I know that chances are one has nothing to do with the other, but I have a lot of manipulative, gossipy people in my family, so I always get paranoid that people are talking behind my back. Would this freak you out a bit or am I completely overreacting? I know it's not likely, but it's normal to find it a little bit freaky, right?
