I noticed in myself that I eat badly when I feel lonely. When I am more active with my friends and feeling accepted in a group I make better food choices. I have a bad habit of withdrawing from my social group at times and within a few days my habits change. Sometimes I make plans with my peers and sometimes I just want to be alone. I need to work on not doing that to myself so much.
