Has anyone else's T's suggested proprioception as part of your therapy? In my session this week T taught me a couple of exercises to try out at home and to report back next time how I felt about it Confused I know it's more of a neurological phenomenon than a psychological one so I was a bit surprised by it.

Does anyone have any experience of it, and did it help in you being able to better define your own physical boundaries?
